Meet your allies

Paul originates from San Diego, California. He holds a degree in Social Work and a secondary degree in Gerontology, the study of aging. He completed his education in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania and returned to Spokane in 2024, marking his second time calling the city home.

His professional background includes extensive work with high-risk populations in the areas of HIV and STI detection, case management, and sexual health education. He has supported diverse communities and individuals in a wide range of circumstances, always approaching work with empathy and a steady commitment to meaningful service.

Outside of work, Paul is an avid hiker. He has twice summited Mount Whitney, the tallest mountain in the continental United States at 14,505 feet. His adventures have also taken him through the Sierra Nevadas, the Cascades, the Bighorn Range in Wyoming, and the Selkirks in Idaho. He enjoys road trips and car camping whenever he can hit the open road.

Though he was officially retired, Paul felt drawn to join Triumph because of its exceptional service to the community. His passion for supporting others continues to guide his work and reflects his deep commitment to the values and mission of Triumph Community Services.
