Criteria for admission to Triumph Community Services include that the individuals be over the age of 16, receiving Medicaid Services, and have at least one Mental Health Diagnosis.

ZERO EXCLUSION CRITERIA
a) All clients interested in working have access to Supported Employment Services regardless of job readiness factors, substance use, symptoms, history of violent behavior, cognition impairments, treatment non-adherence, and personal presentation. These apply during Supported Employment Services too. Employment Professionals offer to help with another job when one has ended, regardless of the reason that the job ending, or number of jobs held. b) This is a philosophy of Triumph and IPS Services.c) Zero exclusion philosophy is always communicated with clients, community partners, and potential referral sources. Referrals include a wide variety of sources including behavioral health organizations. All job placements for each client are tracked to ensure that when a job ends, the client is aided to find another job.d) Triumph promotes competitive work through multiple strategies.e) Intake includes questions about interest in employment.f) Triumph supports ways for clients share work stories with other clients and staff.g) Triumph measures the rate of competitive employment and shares this information with agency leadership and staff.h) Triumph displays written postings (e.g., brochures, bulletin boards, posters) about employment and supported employment services. The focus is on Triumph services that provide services to adults with severe mental illness.
Triumph Community Services offers language assistance to individuals who have limited English proficiency and/or other communication needs such as visual and hearing sensory impairments at no cost to the client. If this support is needed, Triumph will schedule a qualified translator to provide language assistance during all appointments. Triumph uses the following resources for translators; bilingual employees, Foundational Community Supports (FCS), Division of Behavioral Health, and Recovery (DBHR), and Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ODHH).
