Olivia has spent her entire life in Spokane, but her story begins with her family’s immigration journey from Ukraine and Kazakhstan. As a first-generation immigrant, Olivia has always felt a deep connection to her roots and a strong desire to make a difference in her community.

At just 15 years old, she began her journey of service as a volunteer live translator for local Slavic churches, showcasing her impressive linguistic skills—she is now fluent in more than three languages! Her passion for helping others took her across the globe in 2021 when she worked in Ukraine, supporting families and children affected by war. During her time there, Olivia helped provide free home-cooked meals and assisted in restoring homes, leaving a meaningful impact on countless lives.

Driven by her love for people and her community, Olivia’s path has evolved from volunteer work to childcare, and now to her current role at Triumph. She is thrilled to contribute to the betterment of Spokane and to serve those around her.

When she’s not working, Olivia embraces her love for the arts. You might catch her performing on stage at the Spokane Civic Theatre, just a few blocks from Triumph’s offices. Creating art in its many forms is her daily passion, whether it’s through vocal jazz—a talent she has nurtured most of her life—or through her performances that bring joy to her Triumph community, especially during the holidays.

Olivia draws inspiration from a quote by Fred Rogers:
"All of us, at some time or another, need help. Whether we’re giving or receiving help, each one of us has something valuable to bring to this world. That’s one of the things that connects us as neighbors—in our own way each one of us is a giver and a receiver."

This philosophy guides Olivia in her role at Triumph, where she strives to make a meaningful impact every day.
