Mark, a true Washingtonian, was born in Goldendale, WA, and lived in Klickitat, WA, until his family moved to Sunnyside, WA, when he was three years old. They stayed in Sunnyside until his sophomore year of high school, when they relocated to Federal Way, WA (near SeaTac). Interestingly, that move happened during the same year the Green River Killer was active in the area—yikes!
Eventually, Mark returned to Sunnyside, where he graduated from high school. Later, he met and married Dawn, and the couple moved to Grandview, WA. After some time meandering, they put down roots in Deer Park, WA, in 2019.
Mark's extensive experience in IT began during his 15-year tenure at Bleyhl Farm Service in Grandview, where he worked as an inventory analyst. It was there that he began learning Microsoft programs, a skill he continued to develop during another 15 years at AgVantage Software.
Inspired by Dawn’s passion and dedication to caring for others over the years, Mark found motivation to support however he could. His IT background made joining the Triumph team a natural fit—a great opportunity to keep everything running smoothly and digitally secure... and maybe put out a few fires along the way.
In his "spare" (bowling pun intended) time, Mark can often be found at the bowling alley or sampling beverages at area bars, pubs, and taverns with friends. A bit of a handyman, he’s currently lending his skills in overseeing his daughter’s home build.
Whether he's bowling, supporting his family, or quietly saving the day at Triumph, Mark lives by the wise words of Master Oogway from Kung Fu Panda:
“Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift… that’s why they call it the present.”
