Originally from Houston, Texas, Macey Marsh made Spokane, Washington her home in 2023, bringing with her a deep-rooted passion for service and community care.

With over five years of experience as a medical assistant across multiple clinics, she developed a strong foundation in hands-on patient support and relentless advocacy. Her drive to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives naturally led her to pursue her current role, one where she could turn compassion into action and serve the community in a lasting, impactful way.

Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering at a local church, exploring the many charming towns and cities throughout Washington, and discovering new places to eat. She shares her home with her two children and a notably large 14-pound cat.

Her personal journey as the parent of a child with an intellectual disability has deeply shaped her commitment to equity and inclusion. Having faced discrimination firsthand, she understands the importance of advocacy on both personal and community levels. This lived experience continues to fuel her passion for being a voice for those who are too often overlooked, and for helping to build a more just and compassionate world.

She discovered Triumph Community Services was hiring through social media and immediately felt a deep connection to the organization's mission. Drawn to its meaningful work and lasting impact on the community, she knew it was where she wanted to be. She firmly believes in the importance of helping clients navigate their job search and takes pride in being a strong advocate for fairness, inclusion, and equal opportunity for all.
