Kynlan is originally from Spokane, Washington, and lived on the North side where he attended Mead High School before continuing undergraduate studies at the University of Washington in Seattle. He later went on to earn a master’s degree in Consciousness and Transformative Studies from John F. Kennedy University and later completed coursework toward a Ph.D. at the California Institute of Integral Studies.

Kynlan also holds a Peer Support Certification earned through Family Passages in Spokane, Washington. This training reflects a deep commitment to compassionate, community-centered service and strengthens Kynlan’s work at Triumph, where the focus remains on creating meaningful academic and employment pathways through the Opportunity Youth! and Adult Career Services programs and supporting individuals as they move toward long-term success.

Outside of work in his spare time, Kynlan enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time at home with two cats, finding balance and restoration through these routines.

With a background in psychology, transformative studies, and philosophy, Kynlan brings both academic depth and practical insight to work focused on helping individuals navigate barriers, build resilience, and achieve long-term success in their careers and life goals. As a Career Development Professional (CDP) at Triumph, Kynlan works closely with clients to help them explore career options, connect with meaningful job opportunities, and build pathways toward long-term success. Through collaboration with a supportive team, Kynlan helps address academic, employment, and wellness needs in ways that honor everyone’s strengths, goals, and lived experience.
