Devon Cadwallader was born and raised in the Tacoma, WA area and currently lives in Puyallup, WA. She graduated from Gates High School before attending phlebotomy school, where she became a certified phlebotomist and began a long career in healthcare.

Devon spent fifteen years working in the medical field drawing blood, developing a strong sense of compassion, patience, and connection with the people she served. Her experience in healthcare, combined with a natural desire to help others and support her community, eventually guided her toward social services. Prior to joining the Triumph team, she also worked with DSHS, further strengthening her commitment to helping individuals access support and resources.

Outside of work, Devon enjoys spending time outdoors and cooking and baking with her family. She appreciates the opportunity to slow down, stay connected with loved ones, and enjoy quality time together outside of the workday.

Throughout her career, Devon has found fulfillment in working closely with others and making a positive impact in people’s daily lives. Her background in both healthcare and public service has helped shape a people-centered approach grounded in empathy, reliability, and meaningful support. A quote that resonates deeply with her comes from Maya Angelou: “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” This message reflects the compassion and care she strives to bring into every interaction, both professionally and personally.
