Robert “Bob” Olson was born and raised in Southern California. He married his junior high sweetheart, and the two graduated from Mission Viejo High School together before attending CSU Chico. They relocated to Spokane, Washington in 1982, where they owned and operated multiple businesses within the community. Bob later completed his bachelor’s degree at Whitworth University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in nonprofit and for-profit business administration.

During his time at Whitworth, he found many opportunities to help friends and colleagues pursue their professional goals, which eventually inspired his transition to Triumph Community Services. Bob is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people he serves. He focuses on expanding employment opportunities by building solid partnerships and connections throughout the business community while offering practical, personalized support during the job search process. His work is rooted in both experience and genuine care for the success of every individual he supports.

Outside of work, Bob’s sense of adventure shines through in the RV trips he and his wife take throughout the Pacific Northwest. They love exploring new places together and enjoying the quiet beauty of the region. At home, they spend time gardening, relaxing with family, and keeping up with their ever-growing group of grandchildren, currently twelve with a thirteenth on the way.

Bob brings to Triumph years of experience in developing and managing businesses, along with a natural ability to listen deeply and understand the needs of others. He applies proven strategies from the marketplace to help individuals navigate their career paths with clarity and confidence. His energetic, encouraging approach empowers people to define their goals and take meaningful steps toward achieving them, rounding out his role at Triumph with a strong commitment to helping others move forward with purpose.
